Clariku respects your privacy. This placeholder policy describes how we handle information in a typical SaaS application. Replace it with your own privacy policy before launching to users.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (such as name and email), authentication data from sign-in providers, and usage data needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use your information to authenticate you, deliver the product, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, account deletion), and improve the service.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), to understand how Clariku is used. On our website we measure visits without cookies or browser storage: PostHog counts visitors with a one-way hash that changes every day, and does not store your IP address. Once you have an account, we record learning events (such as finishing a topic or a quiz) and your onboarding answers (your goal, prior knowledge, daily goal and whether you want reminders) under your account ID, never your email, so we can see whether learners keep coming back. We don't use this data for advertising.
